Return Policy

REFUND

We offer a 30 day return policy if you are not completely satisfied with our product.

To be eligible for a return the item must be in new/unused condition in which it was received and in the original packaging.  Please include proof of purchase with your item you wish to return. 

This is not applicable on custom orders and sale items.

 

SHIPPING

Type of shipping is selected by customer at time of purchase.  Bijoux by Jill is not liable for lost or stolen packages.  If you wish to have tracking &/or insurance included on your parcel, please choose the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

If returning a parcel, please return to sender in the same fashion in which it was delivered to you (eg: expedited parcel with insured value).  Return postage will be paid by the customer.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SALES ITEMS

Only regular priced items are eligible for return/refund.  All sales items are final.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Items that are defective or damaged at time of receipt will be replaced only.  Please reach out to us via the website contact page or by email for mailing instruction.

GIFTS

If you have received your item as a gift and wish to have a refund, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once we have received the item, you will be mailed a gift certificate for the same value.  Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any work on your special piece.  Upon completion, the remaining amount is due within 7 working days.

If the client should wish to cancel the order once the deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable and therefore forfeited by the customer.
